Lorenzo Pugliano
President/CEO

Lorenzo has over 20 years experience in corporate management, and held responsibility for the recruitment, training, and management sales professionals for a fortune 500 company. His credits include the establishment of two successful corporations, beginning from the ground up: Platinum Credit Services, Inc. and Nationwide Screening Services. In 2008, Platinum Credit Services was ranked 576th on Inc. magazine’s listing of the 5000 fastest-growing American companies; 41st in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania; and 32nd among all financial firms.

In 2009, National Mortgage Professional magazine named Lorenzo as one of the 40 most influential mortgage professionals under 40, citing his relentless efforts in the creation of new products and services designed to help his clients succeed.

The proud son of an Italian immigrant and a first generation Italian American, Lorenzo is a New York City native and a graduate of LaSalle Military Academy. He attended the St John’s University College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics. Lorenzo is a member of the National Credit Reporting Association, the National Mortgage Bankers Association, and the New York and New Jersey Mortgage Brokers Association.

 

John McTighe
Vice President of Operations

John McTighe is responsible for Nationwide’s IT and Investigation operations, and our customer service team, all located in Springfield, MA. He spearheads a team that is dedicated to helping businesses make better hiring and management decisions through rapid and effective background screening.

John has a 20-year history of successfully providing client companies with relevant and actionable risk management information. John has been certified in the Fair Credit Reporting Act by the National Credit Reporting Association and is a frequent speaker on the topic of pre-employment screening compliance.
John earned an Associate’s degree from Manchester Community College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He is an active member of the Government Relations Committees of both the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and Credit Data Industry Association (CDIA).

 

Lara Bilello
Vice President of Sales

Lara Bilello serves as the Vice President of Sales for Nationwide Screening Services. With an extensive background in credit reporting and employment screening, Lara is responsible for overseeing operational and sales activities within the organization. In addition, she also plays an integral role in product development and business operations.

Lara began her professional career with Nationwide’s sister company, Platinum Credit Services, Inc. After joining in 2005 as an Account Executive, Lara’s strong work ethic and determination helped her to rise quickly to the position of Sales Manager. Above and beyond her operational responsibilities, Lara trains and manages the company’s sales staff while continuing to exceed her own aggressive sales goals.
